The Fudan-EFEO Research Centre for Humanities welcomes Zhang Yuxin, a doctoral candidate specializing in the history of Sinology, for a new installment of the series “Rethinking Sinology, Expanding the Humanities: Area Studies in the Face of Paradigm Shifts,” organized in a hybrid format in collaboration with INALCO. Currently in his fifth year of doctoral studies under the supervision of Ji Zhe and Frédéric Keck, Zhang Yuxin will speak on the topic “The Sociological Reconstruction of Chinese Legends in Granet’s Work through Thematic Reading.”
The lecture will be delivered in Chinese.
