As part of the ANR AltLife-SSEA collaborative research project (Project-ANR- 25-CE55-0805), the EFEO is inviting applications for a postdoctoral/contract researcher position in anthropology.
As part of its support for international mobility, the CNRS Sciences humaines & sociales and the EFEO are offering researchers, teacher-researchers and research engineers from research units supervised or co-supervised by the CNRS, assistance in carrying out research activities in 2026.
Reporting to the Director General of Administration, , you will be responsible for managing the Resources Department. You will manage the activity of the support functions and implement the public policies in your field, with a view to efficiency and innovation. You will also perform the duties of Prevention Adviser.

The research project support manager will support the EFEO's teacher-researchers in preparing responses to calls for proposals in the field of research in the humanities and social sciences, at the national (ANR, etc.), European (ERC, etc.) and international levels.

restoration of the Western Mebon, a temple islet dating to the middle of

The French School of Asian Studies is pleased to be a partner of the Bordeaux quartet's World Tour Concert Khloros which will be performing in April two recent works by Odile Perceau: Garonne and Partitas Romane. Three concerts are scheduled in China from April 13 to 27, at the Forbidden City of Beijing, Wuhan and Hong Kong. On the occasion of the concert which will be held at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the French School of Asian Studies and the Institute of Chinese Studies (Chinese University of Hong Kong) have launched a subscription for an annual scholarship to promote academic and cultural exchanges between Hong Kong and Europe.
