Reporting to the Director General of Administration, , you will be responsible for managing the Resources Department. You will manage the activity of the support functions and implement the public policies in your field, with a view to efficiency and innovation. You will also perform the duties of Prevention Adviser.

The research project support manager will support the EFEO's teacher-researchers in preparing responses to calls for proposals in the field of research in the humanities and social sciences, at the national (ANR, etc.), European (ERC, etc.) and international levels.

The EFEO has learned with great sorrow of the passing of His Majesty King Father Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia on 15 October 2012 in Peking. The School has lost the oldest of its Honorary Members and wishes to convey its deepest sympathy to Her Majesty the Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk and His Majesty King Preah Bronomneath Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia.

On 8 September: opening of the exhibition Archaeological remains of Angkor: work of the French School of East Asian Studies in Taiwan. From 8 September to 14 October in Chiayi; from 17 November to 29 December in Taipei. This exhibition is organized jointly by the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum and the EFEO.
