La bibliothèque de Jakarta réunit les acquisitions faites à l'antenne de Bandung entre 1969 et 1990, ainsi que les acquisitions propres de l'antenne de Jakarta depuis 1978. Elle est riche d'environ 8 000 volumes en langues indonésienne, française, néerlandaise et anglaise avec une vingtaine de périodiques locaux et étrangers vivants. Les domaines couverts sont principalement littérature, philologie, linguistique, histoire, archéologie, ethnographie et religion.
Depuis 2005 les livres de la bibliothèque sont catalogués dans le SUDOC.
Conditions d'accès et horaires d'ouverture
Du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 16h00
- Fermeture les jours fériés
- Inscription obligatoire et gratuite sur présentation d'une pièce d'identité et d'une photographie
- Pas de prêt à domicile

Organized by the the École française d'Extrême-Orient (EFEO) in collaboration with
the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas) and the Royal Netherlands Institute for Southeast Asian and Caribbean Studies (KITLV).
Aiming to support the training of a new generation of Old Javanese philologists and to stimulate international collaboration in this field, the École française d'Extrême-Orient (French School of Asian Studies, EFEO), in collaboration with the École Pratique des Hautes Études (Paris), the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas) and the Royal Netherlands Institute for Southeast Asian and Caribbean Studies (KITLV), will organize this year, for the third time, an international intensive course in Old Javanese.
