Research Units

The whole EFEO research program brings together its academic staff and visiting scholars to conduct interdisciplinary research. Through its diverse scholarly partnerships, the EFEO fosters transversal research [projects] both on a regional and international scale. This general research program is divided into two sectors:

It will be held in the Salon on the 1st floor of the Maison de l'Asie, from 9.45 am to 6 pm.

The call for applications for the international summer seminar "From Qing dynasty to Republican China: continuities and ruptures" to be held in Saint-Pierre d'Oléron from 8 to 14 September 2024, aimed at doctoral and post-doctoral students in Chinese studies, is now open.
