New post-doctoral researcher in Hanoi

The Hanoi centre hosted Amandine Lepoutre, working on the projet Corpus of Inscriptions of Champa. Amandine Lepoutre was awarded her PhD at the EPHE in March 2010 on the history of Champa; during her eight-month stay in Hanoi (funded by the EFEO and the Toyota Foundation), she studied the inscriptions, worked on projects with the National Museum of Vietnamese History and the Đà Nẵng Museum of Cham Sculpture, and did fieldwork in the provinces of the central region.
