Peter Pasedach defended his thesis summa cum laude at the University of Hamburg on 2nd February 2018. Thanks to EFEO scholarships, he was able to benefit from the Pondicherry Centre over the course of his doctoral work, which he pursued under the supervision of Harunaga Isaacson (Hamburg) and Dominic Goodall. Eva Wilden was also a member of the jury. His thesis is entitled “Bhagavatstutivarṇana or the Description of the Praise of the Divine. A Critical Edition of Text and Commentaries, and Annotated Translation of the Sixth Canto of Ratnākara’s Haravijaya”.
