V. Lalitha, research fellow, has retired from the EFEO Centre of Pondichéry on July 1st. She will return to her native region, Kerala, after 17 years of service. She has worked on various projects related to Sanskrit literature, in particular helping Dr. H.N. Bhat with  he collation of manuscripts for his forthcoming critical edition of the play Bâlarâmayana.
