Qualifying
    Requirements of Tenderer

Tenderer must meet
the following requirements as of the date of tender:
 ① Possession
of  a construction license under
the provisions of Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Construction Industry Law

② Provision of a supervisor to be present full-time during the construction period by the day
of the contract.

③ The office which
has authority of the contract must be located in Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, or Shiga.

③ Digest sheet of representative construction works or similar projects
(Description of
the works, photos, etc. )

・Documentation must be postmarked by Friday, June 22, 2012 

Notice

・Distribution of the
Drawings is scheduled for early July. Tender is scheduled for late July.

・ Details
of the tender will be communicated to the tenderer at a later date.

・In the event that a large number of tenderer
submissions are received, there will be a pre-qualification stage where
submitted documents will be reviewed.

２．参加資格
　
見積に参加できる者は、見積日現在において次に挙げる用件を全て満たす者とする

①建設業法第3条第1項の規定による建設業の許可を有すること

②契約締結日までに、工事期間中常駐できる監理技術者を配置できること

③契約締結権限がある本店、支店、営業所が京都府、大阪府、兵庫県もしくは滋賀県に あること

・設計図書配布時期は7月上旬、見積書提出締切は7月下旬とする

・見積要領、設計図書配布についての詳細は、参加表明者に後日連絡する

・参加表明者が多数に及ぶ場合は、提出書類による事前選考を行う場合がある
