The concept of “Water Governance” put to the test: an inquiry into the implementation of Phước-Hòa water project
This documentary describes and analyses the local water management modalities implemented in two irrigated perimeters created within the framework of a large hydraulic development project in the basin Đồng-Nai - Sài-Gòn (Vietnam).
It is the result of a field study in the social sciences conducted by the center of École française d'Extrême Orienin Ho Chi Minh City which was attended by researchers and students from various institutions, including the Institute of Social Sciences in the Southern, the École Pratique des Hautes Etudes and the Research Institute for Development.
