The Centre welcomes Ms Sarah Coulouma, holder of a four-month EFEO Field Fellowship carrying out research in Yunnan province from August to November 2014, in affiliation with the EFEO Centre in Hong Kong. Ms. Coulouma writes:
As a part of my PhD and with backing from the EFEO, I plan a 4-month fieldwork investigation in the Wa village of Wengding, Cangyuan County, Yunnan Province, PRC. I will identify the local population's reactions to tourism-oriented policies and the emerging initiatives in the community.
