Franciscus Verellen, special advisor and former coordinator of the European project SEATIDE, participates in the project's Dissemination workshop held in Penang, Malaysia. SEATIDE (Integration in Southeast Asia: Trajectories of Inclusion, Dynamics of Exclusion) is funded by the European Commission's 7th Framework Programme and coordinated by the EFEO.
