Jessica L. Hackett, doctoral student in Anthropology at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales under the guidance of Marine Carrin and EFEO scholar, will undertake three months of fieldwork in Maharashtra related to her research on Maharashtrian Hindu women's devotional practices linked with the protection of their children and families. She will be based in Pune where she will use the EFEO office at Deccan College.
