Christophe Marquet has published (in French) Les éventails d’Edo. Estampes de la collection Georges Leskowicz 【The Fans of Edo. Prints from the Georges Leskowicz collection】 (Paris, In Fine éditions d’art, 2022, 288 p., 198 pl.).

This book reproduces and comments on 119 fan prints kept by the Georges Leskowicz Foundation (Paris), made by Hiroshige I and Hiroshige II between the years 1830 and 1860. About fifty are unique and published for the first time. Preceded by a study entitled "Hiroshige's Fans: Visual Microcosm of Late Edo Japan". Part of the book is presented on the publisher's website:

This book was published with the support of the Foundation for the Study of Japanese Language and Civilization (Fondation de France) and the Toshiba International Foundation. An exhibition of this collection will be held at the National Museum of Asian Arts-Guimet from February 15 to May 15, 2023.
