Fellowship to further academic exchanges between France and China

The French Academy of Inscriptions and Belles-Lettres announces the creation in 2014 of a new fellowship to further academic exchanges between France and China, in both direction.
Sponsor: Flora Blanchon Foundation, administered by the Academy.
Eligibility: doctoral students and young post-docs.
Field: history of art, archaeology and history of pre-modern China and neighboring countries of East Asia.
Stipend: 6 000 EUR (63 420 HKD).
Application (in French): thesis or research project (1-5 pages), CV, objective of stay in France (work in archives, museums, libraries etc.), letter of recommendation by thesis director (for doctoral students), proof of affiliation with a French or European institution (a letter of invitation from the EFEO would be acceptable), budget and feasibility plan.
Deadline: extended to 30 June 2014.
