The meeting are organised as part of SEATIDE (Integration in Southeast Asia, Trajectories of Inclusion, Dynamics of Exclusion), a European-funded research project on the issue of national and regional integration in Southeast Asia. On 2 February, « SEATIDE Dissemination Workshop 2,  Economic Integration, Mobility and Work in Southeast Asia », presents the results of research by a Vietnamese-Italian team on issues of mobility and work.
On 3-5 February, « SEATIDE Research Workshop 2, National and Regional Integration in Southeast Asia: Results of Research » brings together all the project's researchers to discuss the results of their respective research and work on upcoming publications.
