Elaine Fisher (Fulbright scholar and doctoral student of Comlumbia University, US) has left Pondicherry after having been affiliated for almost a year to the the EFEO Center in order to pursue her studies entitled "Beyond the Agraharam: Sanskrit Public Intellectuals in Seventeenth-Century South India." under the guidance of Sheldon Pollock.
