Departure of Nirajan Kafle
02 MAY 11
Nirajan Kafle is returning to Nepal after 3 years of doctoral studies in the Franco-German “Early Tantra” project, a project co-financed by the ANR (Agence Nationale pour la Recherche) and the DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgemainschaft). During his fruitful stay in Pondicherry, he has prepared a first edition, a critical edition accompanied by an annotated English translation, of the Niśvāsamukhatattvasaṃhitā, the first book of what is probably the earliest Śaiva tantra to survive (Niśvāsa).
