September 20, a ridge pole raising ceremony, Jotoshiki 上棟式, gathering the architecte (Manuel Tardits, Mikan), the contractor (Amuza komuten), the client (EFEO), and the consul general of France in Kyoto, celebrated the achievement of the first stage of the construction.
